I bought a 2018 Ford F-150 from here in August, 2026. There was no pressure to buy, and they were very helpful to get me out the door with the truck, when I came back and decided to purchase the same day. I have dealt with Dexter, mostly, and today I met Dan in service. I write this as they replace my passenger side powered mirror. That was the only issue I had, during the 30 day/ 1,000 mile warranty period they give you. I have driven almost 3,000 miles (just got time to bring it in) and no other issues. All of the staff has been very friendly. I will consider them for any maintenance I don't do myself (but I live in Harford County), and I will definitely recommend the dealership and return here first the next time I need a vehicle. Thank you to everyone at Dawson's. I often use comments and ratings when deciding to use a company, this is the first time I've left a review, I hope it helps someone else to find Dawson's. They just finished, I was here less than 30 minutes, thanks Dan.

Very good customer service if I ever needed another vehicle id definitely be back! John was incredible & very good at communicating! Coming from one business owner to the other there business is top of the line, no matter what they will try to get you out the door with a vehicle!

I recently purchased a Ford F-150 through Dawsons auto and cycle, the experience was great and super quick, great deal on the truck, the staff was incredibly friendly. Dexter and his team are amazing, would definitely recommend!

Back in 2019 my husband and I got our dream car from Dawsons(John & big Dexter) we still have It ,6yrs later 2026 we brought a pick up truck from Dawsons and love it (same guys) we had it for a few weeks and decided we wanted something a little bit luxurious, so we traded and got a bigger pick up (same two guys), I got to meet the son Dexter and grandson also A DexterAnd the shop Manager they all were very nice polite and funny as they were from the day we met 6 yrs ago I’m happy hubby is happy and I’m sending anyone that wants a car or truck to Dawsons Auto & Cycle on Furnace Branch rd in Glen Burnie… go there they are good people

HONEST COMPANY. First time financing & let me tell you. All worries I walked in the door with QUICKLY dissipated when I saw how amazing and professional this staff. JOHN & DEXTER in particular.
