Dawson's Auto made buying a truck extremely easy, stress free, and feel good!Just to tell you a few horror stories of previous dealerships I had gone to: some trucks with broken windshields and the dealership saying "that's not a safety issue", rust that covered every square inch of the undercarriage with a price point like the car is brand new, "optional" warranties with minimum costs that exceeded the price of all other fees combined, etc...Dawson's was the first dealership to actually work with us on our concerns, and provided a buying experience that we felt comfortable with. They allowed us to perform a pre-sale inspection, offered to repair the issues that were called out just for the cost of parts (at wholesale, no markups!), and they even went above and beyond and replaced/added necessary parts that were not mentioned, at no additional cost to us! That right there is the sign of an honest seller, as many of the other horror story dealerships would've gone radio silent to our calls the moment we signed the papers.Their financing options are also great! We chose to go with PSECU as we currently bank with them and their rates are good, was not expecting to see them offered by a Maryland location.As for areas of improvement, the actual purchase process can be a little slow. We arrived at 9am, opening time on Saturday, spent maybe 1-2 hours for the pre-sale inspection and test drive, and we were paper's signed, out the door, by 2:30pm. In a way it's almost nice since you don't feel like you're being rushed around and papers shoved down your throat, but at times it definitely felt a little slow.I couldn't recommend Dawson's Auto more. If you're looking for a truck, this is the place!

Just purchased a F150 . The family owned atmosphere was great made the truck buying experience great . They were able to get me in a truck the same night I went out there to look at it . 10/10 service working with these people . I highly recommend going here if you want a trauma free experience.

Dawson auto Wow where to begin on how great, friendly, helpful, experienced, family oriented they are. They treat you like you are a person not a dollar sign. I already recommend them to everyone even if they are looking for future car buying. I know I will definitely not go anywhere else when it's time for another vehicle.

I had a great experience when buying my truck from Dawson's auto and cycle. I found the truck listed online and I came from Pennsylvania to look at it. Dexter helped me out and and kept the sale low pressure. The truck was clean and the guys knew what they were doing, especially when selling to a different state. I definitely recommend, thanks a lot.
